Morning Eagles

When we first moved to the west coast of Vancouver Island, the bounty of wildlife took me by surprise.  We often had eagles sitting in our trees at the ocean’s edge.  The first few times I was unprepared, my camera either in the car or not yet loaded with film. I missed quite a few shots.  However, when this mated pair alighted in our snag, I was finally ready. They stayed for quite a while, long enough for me to shoot a roll of film.  They are a perfect couple!
